Self-Care

Re-energised from my Time in a Rituals Store

Re-energised from my Time in a Rituals Store

I’ve been reading about rituals recently. As opposed to routines, rituals are carried out in a mindful, joyous way. They are a part of your day to look forward to, slow down and experience the simple pleasures. So when was shopping recently and saw a shop with the name Rituals, I was intrigued. This post is about how I went from feeling fatigued to re-energised and refreshed from my time in Rituals store, Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth.

Posted by tinaadmin on
Slowing Down to Enjoy Life More

Since deciding to live more simply, a huge part of what I am enjoying is slowing down to enjoy life more. I don’t overload my schedule, for example. I have lots in my diary to look forward to, but there is also white space in there. I don’t rush around and I generally feel more in control and energised as a result.

Do you rush? Do you tell people how busy you are? You might think you are getting more done, but that might not be the case.

So let me give you a few examples of slowing down to enjoy life more and what you can start doing today.

So what do I mean by clutter?
