More About Me
I was a perfectionist, and everything had to be “just-so.” It was tiring and difficult, to give myself such high standards or expectations. Does this sound familiar? I was suffering with anxiety and exhaustion and it couldn't go on.
I realised something had to change for me to enjoy life again
I have always been passionate about self-development, so I set about retraining my brain to get my shine back, with self-care being paramount. I am now also, a strong believer in keeping things simple and calming the chaos which leaves more time for simple pleasures in life.
I created Simply Shine to inspire other women to shine.
I use my coaching and influencing skills from my corporate HR career and years of experience making positive changes to my life, to inspire and motivate other women to go after the life that they want. This is through the three key areas of simple living, self-care and self-development, on my blog, social media and ebooks.
