Assess

Before you make any changes in your life, it’s important to assess where you are now. You might think you know, but seeing it on paper can really open your eyes and help you to know where you need and want to aim for with your time and priorities

Delete and Delegate

Helping you realise that you don't have to do ALL THE THINGS or that you don't have to run things all yourself, will help with your calm mind and life. Eliminate what's not important to you, so that you can focus on what is. Rely on your support circle and know it can be a team effort.

Plan

The key to focusing on your priorities is planning, both on a weekly and daily basis. It will cover techniques to simplify and get intentional; including MITS and time blocking.

Review

It's important to ensure your new schedule is working for you. This final module will take you through the weekly review process; to not just evaluate the week but celebrate you.
