For Starters...

So here is the deal, for years I was lost and overwhelmed and actually used to give myself a really hard time. I learnt a lot, figuring a lot of stuff out on my own. Life is different now, Now I’m the person I wish that I had found, I take my clients by the hand and show them the way. We create a plan to go from where they are to where they want to be. Together we work out the best steps to take and I keep them accountable.

I started my coaching business in June 2020-I know, what a year that was! 

Previously I used to work in HR. Basically my role was to coach managers through organisational change, and now I coach individuals through personal change.

Shine in Self-Care community is for women who look after everyone else, before thinking about themselves. Right now you might be struggling with finding time for you or spending time on you without feeling guilty. You really want to create this in your life but feel stuck as to how to start or what to do. It is a space for support and inspiration, to learn and grow and to connect with other wonderful women. All sessions on my courses are recorded and available to download to watch at a time that suits you.

The results will probably feel like magic, but in reality it will be you doing the work with my guidance and support. I’ll provide you with the tools and techniques and cheer you on and keep you accountable. The rest is up to you. Are you an action-taker?

That depends which course or programme you are interested in. For Reflect and Glow, it’s only about 10-15 minutes a week. For group coaching programmes it’s likely to be one hour live class per week plus time to work on that week’s task. You can read more here
