Hi, I’m Tina Russell

I’m here to help you, as an empath or sensitive soul, reclaim your energy, rebuild your self-worth, and find the balance you’ve been longing for.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and stuck in a cycle of people-pleasing and self-doubt. That used to be me too.

Through my own transformation, I discovered that true transformation begins within. It’s not about fixing yourself because you’re not broken. It’s about shifting how you see yourself, reconnecting with your true essence, and embracing your unique brilliance.

At Simply Shine, I combine holistic wellbeing practices, mindset tools, and subconscious reprogramming techniques to guide you through a powerful inner transformation. I’ll guide you to set healthy boundaries, let go of limiting beliefs, and design a life of balance, intention and joy.
