Yep I get it, because that was me too. A few years ago, if you had suggested sitting and watching TV with a cuppa or a glass of something, I would have either laughed or cried-how could I do that, when there was things to do?! However for me things got serious when I suffered from burnout. I had to slow down and find another way of doing life.  


Now I know that life will always be busy if you let it. With mindset shifts and practical tips you can control your day, rather than it controlling you.   


I’ve put together a step by step process to help you to blitz your calendar, decide your priorities in life, and then make sure the majority of your time is spent on your priorities.

I’m a Mindset and Wellbeing Blogger and Coach, wellbeing warrior, collector of stationery, lover of sparkle, and Founder of Simply Shine.

My passion is to help stressed-out, busy women know that there is another way of doing life.

My Life Used to Be Very Different..

I was a perfectionist and set myself very high standards. If things weren’t quite right it would cause panic. I suffered from anxiety, depression and exhaustion but I felt stuck. Sit down to rest in the evenings? Forget it!

But then after reaching burn out, things had to change…

I started to build my life back up, starting with my self-esteem. Learning what I wanted my life to look like. I slowed down and enjoyed each day. Not only that, I started to create a Simply Shine Lifestyle.

Before you make any changes in your life, it’s important to assess where you are now. You might think you know, but seeing it on paper can really open your eyes and help you to know where you need and want to aim for with your time and priorities .

Delete and Delegate

Helping you realise that you don't have to do ALL THE THINGS or that you don't have to run things all yourself, will help with your calm mind and life. Eliminate what's not important to you, so that you can focus on what is. Rely on your support circle and know it can be a team effort.


The key to focusing on your priorities is planning, both on a weekly and daily basis. It will cover techniques to simplify and get intentional; including MITS and time blocking.


It's important to ensure your new schedule is working for you. This final module will take you through the weekly review process; to not just evaluate the week but celebrate you.
