You’re doing things from the moment you get up til late in the evening and often multi-tasking too. You wonder how you are meant to find the time for you or simply to relax when you’re so busy...

Yep I get it, because that was me too.
A few years ago, if you had suggested sitting and watching TV with a cuppa or a glass of something, I would have either laughed or cried-how could I do that, when there were things to do?!
However for me things got serious when I suffered from burnout. I had to slow down and find another way of doing life.
Now I know that life will always be busy if you let it. With mindset shifts and practical tips you can control your day, rather than it controlling you.
I’ve created a step by step process, to help you to blitz your calendar, decide on your life values and priorities and align your time with your new way of life.
This is a 4 week live programme running from 4th May 2021
Once you sign up, you’ll get the link to the Facebook group, with all the links and details you need. The live sessions will take place each Tuesday evening at 8pm. Don’t worry if you can’t make session. All sessions are recorded.
