Hi, I’m Tina Russell

I empower women to prioritise their own wellbeing, leaving behind a life of tiredness and overwhelm, so they can feel worthy and confident in a life they choose.

I would love to help women realise that there is another way to do life, that doesn’t involve rushing, hurrying or making do. Life is to be enjoyed and they have permission to make that possible.

I know what its like to feel tired all the time, but still feel like you have to be there for everyone else. I know how isolating it can be when you are trying to make changes but you don’t have the right support around you. I also know that when you’re ready to make changes to your mindset and lifestyle, it is possible. I know how much is possible, due to successful changes I put into place for myself and I can help you to do the same.
