I'm here to help you

I help stressed-out women who look after everyone else, before thinking about themselves and whose brain has 100 tabs open. They know they want to start prioritising their own health and happiness but don’t know where to start. Using mindset and self-care tools and techniques, I help them to feel calm and learn to prioritise themselves in simple and super easy tweaks to their day, which means more time with friends and family and doing the things they love.

The Positive Affirmations Toolkit 

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self-sabotaging and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe in them, you can start to make positive changes. They help increase self-reliance, help you take action with your life and build self-confidence and self-esteem. 

This guide talks you through how to create your own affirmations, re-framing your thoughts in the areas you know you need the most. Alternatively it also contains 50 done-for-you affirmations, that you can use as they are or adapt to suit you.

It contains pages similar to what you might find in a paper planner. This digital planner is also printable so if you do prefer a physical planner then all you need to do is print it off at home. 

The planner is completely undated so you only need to purchase once and use again and again. 

Due to the digital nature of this product, I don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. 

All the links you need, are on the Thank You Page, which takes you straight to the Facebook group. The link is also sent to you via email.
