I’ll be honest with you, a few years ago I could have been describing me. I spent years not valuing myself and being a perfectionist. I was so concerned about looking after everyone else and putting my needs to the end of the to-do list. Unsurprisingly this led to anxiety and exhaustion and eventually I knew something had to change.
I set about retraining my brain and getting my shine back, making self-care and self-development my passions. I learnt how to be happy with me and love my life. Now I’m here to help you.
I’m a Mindset and Wellbeing Coach and Certified Happiness Facilitator, who empowers women to prioritise their own wellbeing, leaving behind a life of tiredness and overwhelm, so they can feel worthy and confident in a life they choose.
