This monthly series is just a little late unfortunately. I had a virus at the end of April, beginning of May which really threw me out. This month is an amended version of the usual style of blog post. It is more of an update style. Welcome to my world!
Mind
Staying curious and engaged in learning new things. Read for learning, read for pleasure. Self-awareness and self-reflection.
It feels like I haven’t done a lot of reading. Realistically I’ve been dipping in and out of books and reading several articles instead. As I find articles that you might like, I share them on my Facebook Page-to keep up to date, make sure you like the page

I am really enjoying taking part in the blog tours and the other book reading and reviews that I’m doing. Have you seen the latest? Read it here…..
I’ve got a few more coming up-so look out for those.
I’m launching something new in my Facebook group. I’ll announce the self-development book I’m going to be reading and the lovely members can choose to read it too. Then we can discuss ideas and see how each other are getting on.
You can request to join the group here..

Physical Body
Eat healthy well-balanced meals, drinking plenty of water, exercise, get enough sleep and avoiding harmful habits
This is probably the section that I’ve been working on most. Doing the wellbeing review process, I noticed month after month I was saying I wanted to get back into exercise and reduce my body fat. Yes it’s not easy-I really struggle to lose weight. However it has to be done. I’ve written another post on this and when it’s published, I’ll link to it here.
It is possible to reduce body fat and regularly exercise etc whilst living with FND. I got chatting to someone in a FND Facebook group. She has lots of energy and exercises regularly (more on this next time). It takes time and you need to set yourself small, flexible goals and it is possible. If she can do it, so can I.
Social
The relationships we have and how we interact with others. Being socially engaged, have a strong social network
May has been, continues to be, a really sociable month with seeing friends every weekend. That started with long over-due catch up with friends that got married just two weeks before us. They have an amazing garden, where we enjoyed Champagne, pizza and lots of talking and laughter.
Last weekend was a birthday celebration and this coming Saturday is a gathering for a very good friend who could become a mummy any day!
I’ve also got involved in two new Facebook groups this month and face to face networking group! So a real social butterfly and it’s been fab 🙂
So there’s my little update for this month. I would love to hear from you. How do you look after your wellbeing? How often do you see friends?
