Move from stress to calm and enjoy life more.

Do you ever get to the end of the day and you’re not really sure where the day’s gone. You’ve not had two minutes to sit down, let alone spend quality time for you. How do you feel when this happens?  Exhausted? Negative? Well I’m here to make those days a thing of the past, with the Mind Body and Soul Guide to Self-Care.

One of my passions is to promote the importance and impact of daily self-care. I know what a difference it made to my own life and I know it can change yours too. I started using the principles in this guide, when I wanted to create more time for me every day. When I was planning my day, I decided on my three activities. For a balanced approached, I choose one from each category, mind, body and soul. However there might be a day when I was craving more of one type of self-care, so I planned my day accordingly. Taking part in this daily practice, has dramatically changed my life and helped me to take better care of myself. Now I have a passion for promoting this to others.
